By accessing or using any bangnikgcircle service, API, dashboard, or documentation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.
bangnikgcircle provides financial infrastructure services including payment processing APIs, ledger management, fund routing, and developer tooling designed for enterprise and scale. Services are provided "as-is" subject to your selected plan and any applicable Service Level Agreement.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep that information updated. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your API credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscription fees and usage charges are billed in accordance with the pricing schedule displayed at checkout or in your executed order form. All fees are non-refundable except where expressly stated or required by law. bangnikgcircle reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice.
You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to process transactions prohibited under applicable financial regulations, or to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or reselling API access without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
All software, APIs, documentation, trademarks, and brand assets associated with bangnikgcircle are the exclusive property of bangnikgcircle Ltd. and its licensors. No license to our intellectual property is granted other than the limited right to use the platform as expressly permitted herein.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. We process personal and financial data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where relevant.
Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with these Terms and to use such information solely to fulfill obligations hereunder. This obligation survives termination for a period of three (3) years.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. bangnikgcircle does not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, bangnikgcircle's TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT WILL bangnikgcircle BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bangnikgcircle, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate these Terms upon 30 days' written notice. bangnikgcircle may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms or if continued access poses a legal, security, or financial risk. Upon termination, all licenses granted herein cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
bangnikgcircle may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website and notifying registered account holders via email. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
